Tim Threatt is a Manufacturing Director with 26 years of experience at DENSO, a Japanese Automotive Manufacturer. During his DENSO career, Tim has excelled in managerial positions at multiple DENSO manufacturing sites, including locations in Tennessee, North Carolina and Michigan. Starting at DENSO as a Product Design Engineer and now holding the role of Manufacturing Director, Tim has stepped into various manufacturing support functions during his career, including, as Manufacturing Director, oversight of daily production and supply chain. In his current role at DENSO’s manufacturing facility in Athens, TN, Tim is focused on business expansion. Here, he is facilitating and supporting a portfolio change that includes manufacturing of vehicle control modules for the latest in vehicle architectures. Tim is a servant
leader who takes keen interest in team/company culture and purpose driven organizations, and who focuses on changing behaviors to generate positive business results. He holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee. Tim enjoys spending time with his family at their family farm.
