Sharon Johnson-Hakim, PhD, is the Global Lead for Population Health Research, Insights, and Translation at Mars, Inc. She spearheads research and evaluation initiatives aimed at enhancing employee health within the Mars Global Associate Health and Wellbeing Center of Expertise. With over 15 years of experience in applied research across healthcare, academia, and public health, Sharon develops evidence-based interventions and actionable measurement tools that bridge business and employee health. Trained as a Community Psychologist, she emphasizes the importance of contextual factors influencing health behaviors, focusing on policy and system-level interventions. Outside of work, Sharon enjoys spending time outdoors.
