Seth Serxner, PhD, MPH

Seth Serxner, PhD, MPH is an independent consultant and industry advisor with over 30 years of experience in health and productivity management. Previously, he served as the Chief Health Officer and Senior Vice President of Population Health for Optum, where he focused on program innovation in behavior change and population health. Seth has also held significant roles at Mercer and Staywell, contributing to health management strategies. He is currently the Chief Health Officer at EdLogics and a Strategic Advisor for Kumanu and MeoMind. With a Master of Public Health from UCLA and a doctorate from UC Irvine, his research emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention. Seth has published over 50 articles and chapters and is an active leader in the field, having served as Chairman of the Board at HERO and currently as Vice Chair of The Health Project.
