Ryan Sledge

Ryan Sledge, MBA, MPH, is the Vice President of Workforce Health & Safety at HCA Healthcare, where he collaborates with both clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure caregivers receive the support they need to excel in their roles. Previously, as Director of Worksite Operations and Product Development at OhioHealth, Ryan focused on fostering a sustainable culture of health for the organization’s 29,000 employees and regional partners. He serves as Treasurer on the HERO Board of Directors and co-chairs the HERO Healthcare Summit Planning Committee. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, an MPH from Michigan State University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan, equipping him with a robust foundation to drive health and safety initiatives in the workforce.
