Krystal Sexton, PhD is the Global Health Analytics Manager at Shell and a recognized leader in health and well-being. With over two decades of experience in academia and industry, her work addresses health disparities, workplace mental health, and physical health. Previously a faculty member at Baylor College of Medicine, Krystal focused on breast cancer disparities among minority women. At Shell, she played a pivotal role in developing a holistic health approach encompassing physical, mental, and social well-being, and led the well-being team for North and South America. Currently, she manages a global team of epidemiologists and health analysts, supporting cross-disciplinary initiatives that link holistic health with business and health outcomes. Krystal's expertise and dedication to improving health equity make her a valuable advocate for comprehensive health strategies in the workplace.
