Kim Bradley

Kim Bradley is the Vice President of Total Rewards at CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, bringing over thirty years of experience in human resources. In her role, she researches, develops, and implements the total rewards strategy to attract and retain talent aligned with the organization's vision and mission, fostering a thriving work environment for all employees. One of her greatest achievements is her dedication to leading and developing teams. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Delaware State College and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University. She is actively involved in her community as a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Leadership Maryland, and the Tocqueville Executive Council of United Way of Central Maryland, and she volunteers with various organizations in the Baltimore area, showcasing her commitment to service and leadership.
