Heidi Orstad

Heidi Orstad, DNP, RN, PHN, CCM is a Clinical Consultant at Marsh McLennan, where she has been instrumental since 2018 in advancing population health and product design. With a Doctorate in Health Innovation and Leadership and a Certificate in Healthcare Design, Dr. Orstad integrates Design Thinking into her strategic work, focusing on Whole Person Health and the influence of social determinants on employee populations. As President of Minnesota's American Nurses Association and chair of the ANA Innovation Collaborative on Policy and Determinants of Health, she actively promotes nursing leadership in these critical areas. Dr. Orstad is also a sought-after speaker on population health, mental health, and employee wellbeing, sharing her insights at national and regional events.
