Clare Miller is an expert on workplace mental health, having dedicated over 25 years to helping employers improve access to quality care and address barriers to well-being. She recently founded Workplace Mental Health, LLC, a consultancy to support employers and stakeholders to advance mental health and drive business results.
Previously, Clare served as the Global Mental Health Benefits Manager at Meta, leading the company's mental health and well-being strategy for 74,000+ employees worldwide. She also established the Center for Workplace Mental Health at the American Psychiatric Association and worked at the Business Group on Health, focusing on public policy, mental health, and substance use disorders.
Clare lives in the Washington DC area and lives with her partner Danielle, their daughter Camille and pup Archie.
