Jen Chandio is the Chief Nursing Officer of Riverton Hospital within the Intermountain Health organization. She is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 12 years of experience in various healthcare settings including acute, ambulatory and Hospice. With a strong focus on team and leader development, she has successfully guided numerous teams through complex change management. Her expertise lies in fostering collaborative environments that drive performance, excellence and enhance patient care outcomes.
Her education in Clinical Systems Leadership has led to cultivating strong, resilient teams equipped to navigate the evolving healthcare landscape. Her passion for improving healthcare delivery and her commitment to nurturing the next generation of healthcare leaders has led to the improvement of engagement and quality outcomes leading to a top 100 hospital.
In her personal life, she is married with three children living in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Most of that spare time is spent at sporting events and traveling with her family. Running, reading and learning are among the hobbies that she enjoys on a daily basis.
