Anna Irani, MAPP, MSOD, ACC, is the founder of The Strengths Guide, a leadership development and coaching firm helping individuals and teams thrive through strengths-based strategies. She holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from American University.
Anna is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), with extensive experience delivering training and coaching for organizations including Amazon, EY, NIH, FEMA, and Gallup. At Gallup, she co-led the ICF-accredited Global Strengths Coach course, training hundreds of coaches in the CliftonStrengths framework.
Her approach combines evidence-based research with real-world expertise in culture transformation. She has designed and delivered workshops, led trainings, and spoken to diverse audiences across sectors, including national conferences, universities, mission-driven organizations, and corporate events. Her presentations translate research into action and offer practical insights in both professional and academic settings. Her MAPP capstone, Positive Altruism, explores how altruistic behavior can enhance the well-being of both the recipient and the giver.
