Lisa Zigarmi is an organizational psychologist and leadership coach who empowers leaders to relate more deeply, decide more efficiently, and think with greater creativity. Drawing on her extensive executive experience as the former Executive Director of Sales & Strategy for The Ken Blanchard Companies®, Lisa has crafted and led learning experiences that have elevated performance, profitability, market share, and employee engagement for organizations around the world.
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a coaching certification from The Coaches Training Institute. She is currently at the forefront of research on addressing and healing trauma dynamics in the workplace—an emerging field that energizes her mission to build healthier, more resilient organizations.
In addition to her coaching practice, Lisa facilitates the P2 Leaderlab and regularly shares her expertise in publications such as Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and other leading industry outlets. Her approach is deeply informed by personal practices of self-attunement, allowing her to support clients with empathy, courage, and intuitive insight.
Outside of her professional work, Lisa is a devoted wife and mother who finds joy in family, hiking, and the playful company of her French bulldog. She brings the same presence and leadership to her home life as she does to her work with leaders.
