Richard Safeer, M.D., is a workplace health pioneer and thought leader with over 25 years of experience in assessing cultures and training leaders at the intersection of individual and organizational behavior. As the Chief Medical Director of Employee Health and Well-Being for Johns Hopkins Medicine, he leads the Healthy at Hopkins strategy. Dr. Safeer also holds faculty appointments at the Johns Hopkins University Schools of Medicine and Public Health, as well as American University.
