Jessica McCurdy, MS

Jessica McCurdy, MS is the Employee Wellness Administrator for the Franklin County Cooperative, where she has led well-being initiatives for over 40 Central Ohio government agencies since 2018. She oversees the award-winning ThriveOn wellness program, which includes more than $1 million in annual incentives and is dedicated to adapting the program to meet the evolving needs of over 6,500 employees and their families. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Health and Wellness Management from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls. Her commitment to fostering a culture of wellness is evident in her strategic approach to employee health and well-being.
