David Hines is the Executive Director of Employee Benefits for Metro Nashville Public SChools (MNPS). With a career spanning various roles in the healthcare industry, including claim management, operations managaement, benefits consulting, and insurance management, David brings a wealth of experience to his current position. At MNPS, David has implemented innovative programs such as establising a network of primary care clinics and opening an integrated health and wellness facility. His ongoing work focuses on improving access to specialty care through telehealth and expanding value-based care initiatives. David is also actively involved in industry organizations, serving on the boards of HealthcareTN, the State and Local Government Benefit Association, and the Nationa Association of Worksite Health Centers.
