David W. Ballard, PsyD, MBA is a psychologist and organizational consultant specializing in organizational effectiveness, workforce mental health, and workplace interventions. He has provided research, consultation, and training services to a wide range of organizations, including government agencies, corporations, and universities. Dr. Ballard currently serves as Scientific Director for the Mental Health at Work Index and Senior Scientist at One Mind at Work. He has previously held leadership positions at the American Psychological Association, leading the Office of Applied Psychology, Center for Organizational Excellence, and Psychologically Healthy Workplace Program. Dr. Ballard is a member of several professional organizations and has received many awards for his contributions to workplace mental health.
